Describe the scope of work in detail.

  • We hired Webaholics to take over development and managment of
    our for revenue generating and rich content websites. Webaholics
    came in as our tech partner to help us with a ride range of techical
    issues from site speed and optimisation to decreasing Word Press
    bloat; improving our ecommerce funnel to ease heacaches for
    customers purchaing supscrptions; and general guideance and
    insight into best practices and new opportunities for growth.

The Outcome

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

  • Webaholics has given us much greater control and insight into our
    website performance. They have rebuilt our entire ecommerce
    system and giving us tracking tools to measure growth. We
    continue to colloborate on innovations and improvements.This is a
    “never done” project but we feel that with Webaholics we have a
    true partner who helps us solve problems creatively and effectively.

  • baholics is extremely responsive to daily issues that come up on
    our sites and dillegently works on longer term projects giving us
    regular reporting and updates on progress for various goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about
this company?

  • th our previous developer, we felt like we were lost among their
    other clients. With Webaholics, we feel like we have a partner that
    is attentive to our projects and fills in our knowlege gaps to help us
    solve problems. It is more of a collaboration than a service and that
    is essential for our company.

Are there any areas of improvement or something Webaholics could have done differently?

  • One area we’d like to see more from our partner is in evaluating
    problems before we point them out. While they are excellent in
    helping us solve problems, I would like to see a more proactive
    stance from time to time. Overall however, we again feel we have a
    good partner with Webaholics.
