Welcome to the One-Day Shopify service provided by Webaholics. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
The One-Day Shopify service includes a comprehensive setup and initial training for your Shopify store. This service is designed for clients looking to establish their online presence efficiently.
2. Training
Upon enrollment in the One-Day Shopify program, you will receive:
- Initial Training Session: A dedicated training session to guide you through the setup process, including how to navigate your OneApp dashboard, manage products, and process orders.
- Resource Materials: Access to training materials and resources to assist you in utilizing your Shopify store effectively.
3. Support
Our support includes:
- Email Support: You can contact our support team via email for assistance with technical questions related to your Shopify setup and initial operations.
- Response Times: We strive to respond to all inquiries within the same business day.
4. Consultation
As part of our service, you will receive:
- Consultation Sessions: Scheduled consultation sessions to discuss your business goals, provide advice on best practices, and answer any questions you may have about running your store.
- Strategic Guidance: We will provide insights and recommendations tailored to your business needs based on our expertise.
5. Limitations
Please note that our service does not include ongoing management of your Shopify store. This means that while we provide training, support, and consultation, the responsibility for daily operations, including product management, order fulfillment, and customer service, rests with you.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your service, please notify us in writing before your initial training session for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
Webaholics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the One-Day Shopify service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Utah, US. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah, US.

If using Webaholics 3PL services the following terms apply:
3PL Fulfillment Services Agreement
1. Services
1.1 Fulfillment Services: The 3PL service shall be provided for products, including but not limited to:
- Receiving and storing products.
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Managing inventory levels of products.
- Handling returns and exchanges of products.
- Providing customer service related to fulfillment.
2. Fees
2.1 Fulfillment Fee: The Client shall pay a fee of $1.00 per order fulfilled.
2.2 Additional Fees: The Client shall be responsible for additional fees incurred by the 3PL Provider, such as shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes related to client orders.
Additional Considerations:
- Product-Specific Requirements: Consider any specific handling or storage requirements for your product, such as temperature control, special packaging, or hazardous materials handling.
- Inventory Management: Clearly define the inventory management process, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory reporting.
- Labeling and Branding: Specify any labeling or branding requirements for the products being fulfilled.
- Returns and Exchanges: Detail the process for handling returns and exchanges, including the return shipping process, refunds, and replacements. Returns will be treated as separate orders and charged $1.00 per return
- Insurance: Client agrees to maintain insurance for any unforeseeable circumstances that may cause damage or loss to their products including but not limited to natural disasters, flooding, fire, and theft.
Shipping Carriers: liability will fall on the carrier for damage or loss incurred during transit to customer or when product is no longer in 3PL Provider possession.
