The Webaholics Team is looking for a Customer/Product Specialist who knows the ins and outs of customer service as it pertains to ecommerce/online sales and can help with Order Fulfillment . If you have ambition, self-motivation, and passion for growth and opportunity, you’re looking at the right place. This person will be in charge of managing a portion of the office that deals with customers, inventory, and returns.

We are a small company based in Midvale Utah, that has pushed e-commerce apps to Amazon, Walmart, and eBay that have taken off tremendously in terms of sales and jobs. At this point, anyone looking to contribute to a great team and product will be offered ownership/partnership if they bring value to our team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Powersports industry is a huge plus
    Strong organizational skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Google Apps
  • Capable of multitasking between several accounts, brands, and products
  • Able to manage own projects while gathering input from team members.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages on various online sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Monitor orders and tracking information to ensure issues that arise are mitigated
  • Fulfill in-office orders daily (normally a few hours a day)
  • Collect and track customer returns as they arrive
